Easy High Protein Turkey and Zucchini Patties

This Recipe is one of my family faves. Its so easy that I sometimes make it twice a week and just dress it up a little different each night. I love these because they make great leftovers and they are super versatile. Here’s how to make em:

  • Two lbs ground turkey, any fat/lean content you like.

  • 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini

  • 1 large egg

  • seasoning of choice

    Directions:

    Throw everything into a bowl, I season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Give every thing a good mix (I use a clean hand to really incorporate all the ingredients). Pour a small amount of oil of choice, I use Avocado, into skillet on medium high heat and place patties into skillet. *The turkey can be tricky since its so wet, so I use a large spoon and scoop a patty amount then flatten with my spatula (almost like a smashburger). You could absolutely add cheese if you like. I like to serve these without a bun, just dipped in tzatziki, BBQ sauce or Grain Mustard. My Toddler loves these, and I love that he does. Hes getting veggies and protein in one. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!
